Kate Gosselin was born in Hershey, Pennsylvania, in the same hospital where she gave birth to her sextuplets nearly thirty years later. In addition to her twin daughters, this mother of eight has had her hands full.

After the birth of her children, Gosselin focused on their development, leaving her position as a registered nurse at the Reading Hospital and Medical Center. The lessons she learned as a mother were shared with the nation via their reality show, guest appearances on The View, and her two books, Multiple Blessings (2008) and Eight Little Faces (2009).
